Somehow, we survived LA traffic, LAX hordes, delayed redeye flight,and we can finally get some rest in this quiet college town. Let me look outside the lobby of the hotel.

At least it’s temporary. My freshman year of college I was in a dorm with no AC, so we had to have the windows open otherwise our room felt like a sauna. Well, the building next door was being torn down, so for the first 2 months, every day a 7AM we’d be woken to the sounds of jack hammers and heavy equipment. It was a lovely experience.
